As a small business items are created as orders come in, which means we don't hold any inventory. 
Each item is made to order for you. 

We will offer replacements only for:
-Misprints
-Damaged items
-Wrong item sent
Photos are required. 

We do not accept returns for:
-Wrong size ordered
-Color preference issues
-Changed mind

Why: Every item is custom-printed for you.

Orders are handled case-by-case. Each customer is valued at this business and we will work directly with you so you are satisfied. 

For damaged or lost packages send us a message.
Photos are required for documentation of damaged items. 
All claims require photos for proof, please submit within 14 days of delivery.
